Change Agents in Orthodoxy

An "academic" outlet from Fordham that promotes alternative lifestyles, feminism and radical change in Orthodox theology and morals convulses over young men converting!

As I discussed in podcasts 5-6 years ago, the recent moves within Orthodoxy to marginalize figures opposed to ecumenism is an intentional, coordinated push for a potential future reunion with Rome. The reunion, however, is entirely based on geopolitical factors and motivations, not theological integrity and any renouncing of errors. Figures opposed to this new Florence are being cast ahead of time as “extremist” and “rigorist” who simply hold basic Orthodox positions. For example, I myself hold no position any different than any recent saint in Orthodoxy, but for those under the sway of foundations, academia, NGOs and private funding, Orthodoxy must change according to ecumenist lines for the 2025 anniversary of Nicaea “reunion.”

This propaganda push is clear as day for anyone with discernment. Given many thousand young men (and women), as well as middle aged and even older have benefited and converted as a result of our talks and articles and debates, what is the source of the last few months’ histrionics? The sad reality is that many sectors of the American Orthodox world would like to see a progressive, submissive base that would be perfectly pliable for new stances on morals, alternative lifestyles and new doctrines.

Individuals who opposed the coof mandates and lockdowns, as well as ridiculous, contradictory mask policies and now admitted gene therapy experimentation cloaked as “vaccines” are precisely the “problematic” people who will not go along with a geopolitically-motivated push for reunion with Rome. This is also why Patriarch Bartholomew’s actions and stances are so transparent, openly calling for whatever the State Department and in particular, Biden and company, want. Most of the individuals who foster and push this brand of so-called “Orthodoxy” are openly Democratic Party shills, but some are more subtle in their academic focus as change agents.

A change agent doesn’t have to openly be recruited into some secret operation, most change agents are simply brainwashed in mainline academia, which largely became a tool for the same intelligence-controlled security state, and then enter various institutional structures for the purpose of “change from within,” deploying various techniques of “activism” to steer narratives and introduce change. An example of this is Ancient Faith Radio’s gradual promotion of multiple female “academics” openly advocating for various forms of change, while simultaneously ousting “problem” individuals who weren’t pro-coof / pro-lockdown. As with the above screen images, it is entirely a fair question to ask if a pro-abortion pharmaceutical giant’s foundation donations have anything to do with that jurisdictions coof policies.

Amazingly, everyone exposing the last three years as a vast overreach based on psychological warfare and fraud has been completely vindicated, while the covid-compliant clerics continue to double-down on their parish-destroying policies, preferring to still blame “orthobros,” which is a non-existent “movement,” as they call it. The readers and listeners to my work all attend canonical parishes, even Greek and OCA parishes.

It would also be a mistake to equate this to merely Democratic Party members inside the world of Orthodoxy - it’s beyond partisan politics as the superstructure entities and foundations that offer “donations” that support the causes the change agents push for. The great thing about the change agents is that they actually aren’t very intelligent and often uncloak and reveal their real motivations and ends in unhinged histrionics, as recently occurred.

Although not always the case, the same collections of beliefs usually follow upon one another and can be grouped together. Proponents of change are generally going to promote a relatively consistent set of dogmas they may or may not genuinely believe are real “progress,” depending on how indoctrinated the specific individual may be. Many of these perfectly indoctrinated believe any mainline narrative without question, suggesting a bizarre inner contradiction between extreme anti-authoritarian expression and activism, while simultaneously affirming in perfect doublethink the notion of absolute authoritarianism when deferring to chosen political, media and academic “authorities.” So, for example, male authority is inherently untrustworthy and suspect, unless it’s Fauci or Biden.

The perpetual holding of two completely contradictory positions like this takes a toll, however: Many of these activists and change agents will display psychosis, breakdowns / meltdowns, as well as histories of mental issues and are often on SSRIs. Having debated and interacted with many of these figures over the years, this observation well resonate with sensible readers. This is why these individuals seeking change are indignant at the idea of actually masculine men converting to Orthodoxy and providing the next generation of clergy - this is also why these change agents are so adamant about also promoting women’s ordination.

Yet the funny thing about ecumenists is that they are also in a contradictory position - they cease making converts and doing apologetics only focus on defending ecumenism - then they go after people who make converts. This says everything, since if it doesn't matter whether one became Orthodox or Roman Catholic for example, there should be no objection to people who are not ecumenists, and merely make them Orthodox. Eventually epistemological self-consciousness kicks in and the “ecumenist” passes on to new pastures like perennialism or other religions or atheism. The contradiction reconciles itself by discarding the previous position (Orthodoxy) which is now made irrelevant and even a stumbling block to the new position. The pipeline to indifferentism is a quick one, as the previous case demonstrates, where one now finds even more radical alignments at the speed of light.

The academic structures in the US do not exist to increase knowledge and form individuals to be scholars: The academic structure is largely coopted to promote the emerging technocratic state based around a combination of monopoly capitalism and big state corporate socialism called Fabianism. This order requires a pliant substrate among its captures institutions, made up of feminist leadership engaged in activism and subservient, emasculated gamma males. It’s as if they don’t want young male converts…. The good news is the scant readers of The Wheel don’t listen to us, and no one in our circles cares what The Wheel says - it garners 1-2 “likes” on twitter (no retweets) and a handful of “likes” on other outlets - no one reads them. The further the OCA and other outlets align themselves with such sterile propaganda platforms, the less people will care what they say, too. No one converts to Orthodoxy to have it transform into Episcopalianism, unless perhaps they are change agents.
